Custom-Made Products

All custom-made products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Because these items are crafted specifically to your requests, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Stock Items

Returns on standard stock items are acceptable. Any credit issued for returned stock items is fully contingent upon the sellability and condition of the item once it is received and inspected by our team.
